Temperature:-15ºC~+80ºC( highest working temperature of modified polyethylene:+105ºC)
Pressure: positive pressure +2.5Mpa,negative pressure at normal temperature:75Kpa
Corrosion resistance:Teflon composite steel pipe can resist almost all chemical media(including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia) in addition to molten metal lithium, potassium, sodium, chlorine trifluoride,OF3 under high temperature, liquid fluorine with high flow.It can work at the temperature of 230ºC-250ºC for a long time.PVDF or other composite steel pipes all have a good resistance to many organic solvents like halogen, halogenated hydrocarbon, strong oxidant, boiling acid and alkali.But they are not resistant to fuming sulfuric acid, hot concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid, over 90 ºC ketone, ester, amine and sulfonation agent with high temperature.
